Election of Senate Executive Committee

Pursuant to Senate By Law 5, these Senate officers were elected by the new Senate by secret ballot. The officers constitute the Executive Committee of the Academic Senate and they serve a three-year term.
*On February 19, 2004, the full Senate resolved to adopt a By Law to add the position of Treasurer to the Senate Executive Committee. The Resolution received support from the Office of the Provost.
Pursuant to Senate By Law 7, amendments to Senate By Laws become effective upon approval by the Institute Board of Trustees. Amendment to Senate By Laws, including that to add Treasurer to its Executive Committee is, currently, pending Board approval.
