Registrations forms and Payments are to be submitted to your Pool Representative.
Minimum worker requirements for the fall training season are three requirements per family, but additional requirements for the Spring and Summer Season will be posted separately at a later date. Unmet or missed required work sessions will be billed to your Excel account at $75.00 per unmet or missed session. Sign-up for these sessions is done on the excel website @ www.excelaquatics.org at the Parent Volunteer Sign-up tab.

Payment Terms and Past Due Policy:
Statements will be e-mailed to all families by the 10th of the month, unless we receive a request to the contrary. In order to ensure uninterrupted swimming, payment in full must be received no later than the 25th day of the current month. Dues are to be mailed to the address listed on your invoice. Do not leave payments in the Excel mailboxes or send in with swimmers to practice. Any billing errors or questions should be directed to the Billing Coordinator. Swimmers with past due accounts will not be allowed to practice or participate in team sponsored meets. Thirty (30) days advanced written notice is required for any swimmer wishing to leave Excel. Dues will be payable for the current month of swimming and for the next 30 days.
