The faculty of the Library @ Bethel University want to be available to you to answer any questions you may have any time you need us - whether you are a traditional student, a Success student, a graduate student, a faculty member, or a staff member. To that end, we have created several ways for you to reach us.

Meebo is our live-chat service. During all hours that the library is open you can speak to a real person and get your questions answered. If for some reason no one is available, enter your question anyhow and include your email address. We will get back to you as soon as possible. We are currently undergoing a trial with LibraryH3lp, a new chat service. Please let us know what you think.
Our Ask A Librarian email address (askalibrarian@bethelu.edu) is monitored several times during the day, evenings, and even weekends. Send us your questions, as detailed as possible please, and we will get back to you within 4-6 hours.
You can also reach us by telephone from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday. Voice mail will pick-up if we are away from our desks and we will return your call as soon as possible:
