Meet us on site for an update on the work to transform Rolling Mill Hill from a brownfield to a vibrant urban neighborhood. Presentations will feature Smith Gee Studios sneak preview of Nashville’s first example of artist housing, the Ryman Lofts; DAAD’s newly opened Nance Place, and the Matthews Company’s dynamic plans for the historic trolley barns to create spaces for business relocation.
The NCDC has been involved in this project since 2001, when we released a summary of the visioning process for the site and surrounding neighborhood.
