Music City Star Ticket Sales
Passengers can purchase single tickets from the Ticket Vending Machines (TVM) located on the platform at each station. The machines accept credit cards and $5.00 bills and $20.00 bills only. If the TVM malfunctions and does not give you a ticket, it should still dispense a transaction failed receipt. You can use this receipt to board the train. If more than one ticket was purchased, but not received, the passenger should call the Regional Transportation Authority at 615.862.8833.
10-Ride tickets and Monthly Passes are available at Riverfront Station in the mornings between 6:30am and 9:00am and in the afternoons between 3:30pm and 6:00pm. You may purchase these tickets with a check, money order, mobility check or cash.
