When the Southern Oregon Head Start Director contacted PARC, we learned of a project that was rich with great ideas, but lacked a plan on how to proceed. PARC completed a capital campaign strategy, assisted the partners in hiring a design team, and completed the necessary grant writing to fund this project. Situated on the Redwood Campus of Rogue River Community College, this is the first college-based teaching lab Head Start facility in the Pacific Northwest. The facility combines the academic training needs of the college's early childhood education program with the service needs of the Head Start program and is a model for other campus-based programs throughout the nation.

“They [PARC] were knowledgeable about processes as well as resources.  I would recommend them for project planning, capital campaigns, building projects and grant writing.”
