All endorsed chaplains and pastoral counselors as well as those interested in endorsement with the Alliance are invited to this retreat on "Boundaries in Ministry", led by Joretta Marshall of Brite Divinity School.

In order to maintain endorsement with the Alliance of Baptists all endorsed ministers agree to:
1. Make an annual financial contribution to the Alliance of Baptists of a minimum of $150 to maintain membership. Give today.
2. Submit one Annual Report by the end of each calendar year. For the 2011 Annual Report, endorsed ministers are required to complete an abbreviated Clergy Recognition Process. Donwload the letter to endorsed ministers outlinging these requirements.
3. Notify the Alliance office of any change of ministry setting and any legal, ethical, or professional actions filed against the person within one month of the change. Email Chris Copeland, Endorser.
4. Attend an Alliance gathering at least once every three years, in order to foster relationships within and among the Alliance of Baptists family and nurture the well-being and potential for ministry of those recognized by this process. See upcoming Alliance events.
The Endorsing Community is appointed by the Board of the Alliance of Baptists, and is charged by the Board to review applications for endorsement, to make decisions about those applications, and to review and respond to the annual reports of each endorsed minister. The Endorsing Community consists of the Endorser, Chris Copeland, and the following five members who are endorsed chaplains, clinical educators, and pastoral counselors:
