Stock Dimensions: 15 1/8”x 1 ½”x 2 ½”x ¼” cast-off. Superb 27” chopper-lump steel barrels with 2 ½” chambers and brilliant bores (.666”/.665”), choked .007”/.023”, with wall thickness .034”/.034”, retain 98% of the original finish from Purdey. Classic self-opening action with bushed firing pins and ejectors. Double triggers. Original straight-grip stock and splinter forend in fine condition. Checkered wood butt extension. Purdey motor case with accessories complete with Purdey Factory letter documenting their purchase and re-barreling of the gun. Does not appear to have seen much use since then and is tight as a new gun. Well worth the money considering todays replacement cost.
