What's So Special About Being a Cottonwood Pirate? THIS!

One of my favorite things to witness during the swim season is the older kids encouraging the younger swimmers. I loved seeing Ben, an enthusiastic big brother, cheering on his little sister Maggie at a meet this season. He was cheering so hard I thought he might fall in!

I want to thank all of the coaches for being the most amazing coaches!  They make each child feel special and provide the perfect mix between teaching swimming and making it fun.  Thank you all so much for loving our kids and being such positive role models!

Kudos to all the flood victims who pulled themselves out of the muck and participated, volunteered and showed such great attitudes and Pirate spirit while in transition.  You all are amazing!

I thought Pamela Williams should be our resident artist!  She did an amazing job with her artwork on the posters.
The moms that did the parties were great - everyone showed up on time and one mom was a week early!

Terri Robbins stepping in as COC at Sequioa: It was 120 degrees,Todd is feeding her a gyro (while she is placing kids in chairs)… then sprays sunscreen on her, instead of white, it is clear and looks like she is pouring sweat, everyone is asking her if she is ok and needs water! TERRI ROCKS!
