Beautiful 12ga. “Northwood” wildfowl gun, ca. 1960.  Weight: 7 lbs. 6 oz.  Stock Dimensions: 14 ¾”x 1 3/8”x 2’x cast-on for a southpaw shooter though could easily be stocked for a right-handed shooter. Fine 30” steel barrels with original 3” chambers have mint bores (.732”/.732”) and wall thickness of .034”/.030”.  Fitted from Holland with a complete compliment of Briley interchangeable screw-in choke tubes. Nicely engraved scalloped boxlock action retains all the original hardening color. Double triggers, ejectors, non-automatic safety. Nicely figured pistol-grip stock and splinter forend. Butt stock has a ½” wood spacer and leather covered pad. Original maker’s leather case with trade label and canvas outer cover. Overall in beautiful condition throughout and a very classy gun, equally at home on the sporting clays course or in the duck blind.
