Rockwest Training Center, a sheltered workshop for disabled citizens, was at a crossroads. The question was whether to continue renting or to purchase their own building. PARC joined the team and helped the Board and staff to develop a strategic plan that addressed Rockwest’s goals and made economic sense. PARC evaluated Rockwest’s program delivery system, analyzed their economic development objectives and determined realistic facility needs. Rockwest’s Board adopted the plan and hired PARC to raise the funds. Today, Rockwest owns their own building, and the agency has completed remodeling projects to ensure the maximum building efficiency. PARC was there at every step of the way and continues to be a regular member of the Rockwest development team whenever they need our expertise.
