A. Hickfang, Hameln, Germany. Extremely rare three-barreled 16ga. Shotgun, ca. 1930. Weight 6 lbs. 11 oz. Stock dimensions: 13 5/8”x 1 ½”x 2 7/8”x st. Superb 30” steel barrels with original 2 ½” chambers have absolutely mint bores, .664“/.664“/.665”, choked .020”/.035”/.030”. Nicely engraved action is tight as a safe showing little use and retains much of the original hardening colors. Extractors, double triggers, and cocking indicators. Unusual sculpted stock is nicely figured with very fine checkering and beautifully relief carved horn pistol grip cap and butt plate. Overall an extremely rare and desirable gun of absolutely peerless quality throughout remaining in virtually mint condition.
