• 8:00-9:00 am - 7-8 year olds and the 11-12 girls

• 9:00-10:00 am - 9-10 year olds and the 11-12 boys

• 10:00-11:00 am - 13 and up

• 10:45-11:30 am - 6 and unders

Practice is everyday!  The only way to improve is to be at practice on time everyday! 

We know that camps and vacations get in the way, so please let the coaches know in writing if you will not be attending practice.  Place the notice in the practice file in the team communication box at the pool.  All other questions should be directed to Coach Ginny at maher292@bellsouth.net.

Going to miss a meet?  If you are going to miss a meet please let Coach Cissy know in writing as soon as possible.  Place the notice in the team communication box at the pool or email Coach Cissy at mwfleet@comcast.net.

Pirate Rule to Remember:  No parents or children who are not swimming will be allowed on the pool deck during practice hours!
