The Pentacle Theatre has served the community for 50 years and never operated a capital campaign. After a couple of false starts, the Board of Directors came to PARC because the theatre needed major repairs, upgrades, and improvements to the buildings and grounds of their 5-acre infrastructure. PARC provided capital campaign counsel to the Board, developed a capital campaign strategy and assisted in the implementation of the strategy. Today, this historic community-based theater benefits from over $1 million of improvements to its facilities and a renewed enthusiasm for the future thanks to their partnership with PARC. “When we contracted with PARC, our Capital Campaign was, for all intents and purposes, dead in the water.
