"On The HomeStretch" is an Internet radio talk show helping us all make the second half of life better than the first. We talk about all kinds of things around here from relationships to recovery, from creativity to care giving; anything that has to do with good health ~ body, mind and soul.

The show came from my own confusion, my own struggle dealing with change, loss, kids growing up and roles changing. My boys need me in different ways at 21, 19 and 16 than they did at 5, 3 and 1! I felt overwhelmed and at times, off kilter. I’d lost my passion, my sense of purpose and meaning. So I started questioning other women and discovered they were feeling the exact same things! I felt better just talking with them, hearing their stories and their heart. Because of that, On The HomeStretch was born!

We’re all about living in community and connection. Sharing good times and the struggles and sufferings, with a sense of responsibility to the world. We’re about knowing our true selves, embracing our deepest passions and birthing our best dreams. We know that we can still make a difference in the world! It doesn’t have to be huge...but like Mother Teresa said, "we can do no great things, only small things with great love".
