 Scott Reall is the Founder and Executive Director of Restore Ministries. His passion for helping people break free from life controlling issues has resulted in the Journey to Freedom series.
In accordance with the YMCA’s mission of promoting the mental, physical and spiritual well-being of its members, Scott began facilitating a 12 Step recovery program at the Y in 1994. Six years and hundreds of participants later, Scott partnered with the Middle Tennessee YMCA system in 2000 to found Restore, a life-changing ministry of the Y.
He lives in Nashville, TN where he is the father of three grown children and husband to a lovely wife.

 Scotty was Senior Pastor at Christ Community Church in Franklin, Tennessee for twenty years and has seen its membership grow to over three thousand. Recently he has assumed the new title of Founding Pastor and invests most of his time preaching, teaching and leading worship. He also serves as an adjunct professor at Covenant Theological Seminary in St. Louis and teaches at Reformed Theological Seminary in Orlando.
Scotty has written five books including Unveiled Hope, with Michael Card; Objects of His Affection; and Restoring Broken Things, with Steven Curtis Chapman.
He and Darlene, his wife of thirty-two years, have two adult married children. He enjoys fly-fishing, cross training, classic rock and roll and cooking.
 Dr. Brian A. Stenzler is the co-founder, President and CEO of D.R.E.A.M. Wellness, with four locations (two in New York and two in San Diego). He has been in the wellness field for the past 14 years as a personal trainer, Doctor of Chiropractic, Neurospinal Wellnologist, Wellness Coach, Neurology instructor, renowned lecturer and inspirational speaker.
Dr. Stenzler is on a mission to teach us that how much wellness a person has in his/her life at any given time is much more choice than it is chance!
 David is the Director of Counseling for Men and Boys at Daystar Counseling Ministries in Nashville, TN. He is the co-author of four books, including the upcoming release, Wild Things: The Art of Nurturing Boys (Tyndale House Publishers, 2009). David is a popular speaker on Nurturing Boys, Child Development, the Role of a Father, Men’s Issues and Parenting Adolescents.
He and his wife, Connie, have three children and a black lab named Jonah.
 Dr. Cynthia Turner-Graham is an adult psychiatrist, graduating from the University of Kansas School of Medicine and the Vanderbilt University psychiatry residency program. While she maintains a private practice in Gaithersburg, MD, pursuit of a life of wellness both personally and professionally is the organizing focus of her life. She is board certified in Psychiatry and Neurology, and is a Distinguished Fellow in the American Psychiatric Association.
Empowering individuals and groups to take control of their life and health is the mission of her consulting business, ForSoundMind Enterprises, LLC. Cynthia is involved in a number of civic activities, the primary ones currently being President of NAMI- Montgomery County (National Alliance for Mental Illness), serving as Sunday School teacher at her church and group facilitator of social discourse around disparities in health and education. She is married to Dr. Barney Graham, a researcher at the National Institutes of Health, is the mother of three adult children, and grandmother of five.
 David Yarian is a licensed psychologist and certified sex therapist, in private practice in Nashville since 1980. He specializes in treating couples that want to improve their marital relationship.
Couples often consult him for help with communication problems, difficulty in resolving conflicts, infidelity, addictions, lack of intimacy, sexual disorders and low sexual desire.
