Mary Sue is a collector; a scavenger of discarded & unwanted domestic & industrial materials. "I am a receptacle, and constantly seduced by discarded, worn-out remnants of our existence." My collections become assemblages or reconstructions. The collections transform worldly waste & discarded human possessions into works of art. "Through reconstruction, I am able to maintain the past, but also provide a future life. The results are symbolic of the regeneration & evolution of life & art.
