The ManCode Minute | 006 - How You're Hardwired   printer

Be careful not to forget the Lord.
Deuteronomy 6:12 Holman CSB

Face it: You’re hardwired for a relationship with something bigger than yourself. If you don’t have it, that’s why you’re empty. If you don’t have it, that’s why you may be uncomfortable when things get quiet—you can’t stand to be alone.

Are you willing to place God first in your life? Unless you can honestly answer this question with a resounding yes, then your relationship with God isn't what it could be or should be. Thankfully, God is always available, He's always ready to forgive, and He's waiting to hear from you now. The rest, of course, is up to you.

“A man can no more diminish God's glory by refusing to worship Him than a lunatic can put out the sun by scribbling the word, 'darkness' on the walls of his cell.”
C. S. Lewis

“There is a God shaped vacuum in the heart of every man which cannot be filled by any created thing, but only by God, the Creator, made known through Jesus.”
Blaise Pascal
