Indicate your first, second, and third preferences for conference start times. Times will be scheduled on a first come first served basis.

Conferences will be held:
Thursday, April 3 (3:30 - 5:00) and Friday, April 4 (7:30 - 4:00)

Fill out personal contact information in order to receive a confirmation of submission and a notification of conference times.

Click Submit button and wait for a notification of submission to appear on your screen. You should print this notification for your records. Due to Spring Break, confirmation of exact conference times may be sent after March 23rd.
