Distribution of Lottery Scholarship Recipients Attending TICUA Institutions, 2008-09 |

In 2008-09, students from every county in the State received a Lottery Scholarship to attend a TICUA institution. A review of lottery scholarship recipients at TICUA member institutions by county level indicates that the distribution of award recipients is similar to the distribution by population level. Shelby, the most populous county in the State, has 1,560 recipients attending TICUA member institutions. The next four counties with the highest recipients are Davidson (1,125 recipients), Williamson (761 recipients), Knox (695 recipients), and Hamilton (564 recipients). |
