Compound Average Annual Rates of Enrollment Growth, 2004-2006
 
Since the lottery scholarship’s implementation, private college enrollment growth among recent graduates from Tennessee's high schools has averaged 13.9 percent annually. This is much larger than any other higher education sector in the state. Tennessee's private colleges have significantly contributed to keep the State's Best and Brightest high school students in the State.
