Leveraging the State's Investment

Tennessee leverages its resources by investing in students attending independent colleges and universities. The amount of State assistance that TICUA students receive from the state is modest - 4.67% of all State Higher Education Funding. However, nearly a third of all degrees earned each year, are awarded to students at TICUA institutions.
