Post-race urine and blood samples from competitors in the Kentucky Derby were negative for any rules violations.
According to the Kentucky Horse Racing Commission, testing was performed for over 1,500 substances by LGC Science Group Ltd. in Lexington.

Samples were delivered to the lab Friday and Saturday evenings, and a quick turnaround was produced in order to bolster public trust.

Over 75 out-of-competition tests for horses in Friday and Saturday stakes races were also negative. Those results were released earlier.
