A week out from the race, six probables have been named for the Withers Stakes by the New York Racing Association press office.
The known probables are Classic Giacnroll, Honorable Judge, Samraat, Scotland, Street Judge and Uncle Sigh. The Withers will be run at Aqueduct on Feb. 1.
Samraat was a 16 3/4-length winner of the Damon Runyon on Dec. 18, and Uncle Sigh broke his maiden at the track by 14 1/2 lengths on Dec. 27. Both colts are New York-breds who will be facing open company for the first time in the Withers.
Classic Giacnroll and Scotland are tested in open stakes company finished second and third, respectively, to Noble Moon in the Jerome Stakes. Noble Moon, who won the Jerome, has missed training time with a foot injury.
Honorable Judge won an entry-level allowance in November at Parx Racing and Street Gent captured an Aqueduct maiden race in December for the same connections as Noble Moon.
